Today, the airmen celebrated an aeronautical party at the General Headquarters of the Air Force. A party that we wanted to share through our social networks with all the Spaniards who love us and who feel represented by us and by our work.
It was the gala ceremony for the XLII edition of the Air Force Awards, which for another year has filled the Patio de Honor of our emblematic building with aeronautical inspiration. On this occasion, the delivery of the ‘Plus Ultra’ awards has been structured around an exaltation of values and tradition, both very present in our institution and in everything that the men and women who make up this family do every day. of the Air Force, at the service of Spain and the Spaniards.
And under this premise, a beautiful stage built for the occasion has been receiving each of the winners in the different artistic modalities that these awards cover. All this under the presidency of the Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, who was accompanied by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (JEMA), Air General Javier Salto Martínez-Avial. The presentation was given by the journalists Sara Osorno, from Mediaset, and Marcos López, from Televisión Española.
